Pay-As-You-Go: You pay for the month ahead.
Billing Date: You will be charged automatically on the same day every month (e.g., if you join on the 12th, your next payment is on the 12th of the following month).
The "Free December" Rule: No client is charged for December. Our academic program runs from January to November.
Total Payments: Clients who join in January will make a total of 11 payments for the academic year (January through November).
How to Cancel: To stop your subscription, you must notify us via WhatsApp or Email at least 30 days beforeyour next billing date. This ensures we can release your spot to a student on the waiting list in time.
No Holiday Skipping: Our program is a continuous academic curriculum that runs throughout the year. You cannot "skip" or "pause" payment for a specific month (e.g., June or September) just because it is a school holiday.
Re-joining Fee: If you cancel or stop paying for a short period (less than 60 days) to avoid a monthly fee, your spot is considered "paused," not cancelled. To rejoin, you will be required to pay for the missed month(s) in full before your child can resume sessions.
We are committed to results. Depending on the plan you chose, you may be eligible for additional support if we don't meet our goals.
The Excellence Guarantee (Only for "High-Performance Academy")
We guarantee your child will achieve specific high-level results (Distinctions or significant symbol improvements).
The Promise: If the student maintains 100% compliance (attendance + homework) and does not achieve the target results, we will provide one full month of "Bootcamp" Coaching (4 ONE-ON-ONE PRIVATE sessions, in addition to their current subscription) for FREE.
The Improvement Promise (Only for "Distinction Protocol")
We guarantee your child will show marks improvement in their target subject after 90 days of tuition.
The Promise: If their marks do not improve after 90 days of full attendance and work completion, we will provide 4 "Emergency Intensive" Sessions (Value: R2,000) for FREE to close the gap.
Important Note: The "Core Pass System" and "Quick Fix" plans are designed for maintenance and support. They do not include performance guarantees.
No Cash Refunds: Since our services involve reserving a professional tutor's time specifically for you, we do not offer cash refunds once a monthly payment has been processed.
Missed Sessions: If your child misses a session, we cannot offer a refund. However, if we (the tutor) miss a session, we will always make it up or credit you for it.
Cooling-Off Period: New clients may cancel within 5 days of their very first payment for a full refund, provided no tutoring sessions have been utilised yet.
